These draft terms govern use of Primer. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer and may change before launch.

   Using Primer

   Primer offers makeup coaching using your camera and AI. You must be old enough to use it under the laws where you live, and you agree to use it lawfully.

2. 02

   Access and invites

   Primer may be offered by waitlist or invite. We may limit usage, change features, or pause or end access at any time.

3. 03

   Your content

   You keep ownership of the photos and content you provide. You allow Primer to process them, including by sending them to the third-party services described in the Privacy Policy, so the features can work.

   AI suggestions

   Suggestions and generated previews come from AI and can be wrong. A preview image is an illustration, not a guarantee of results. Check products for allergies and sensitivities before use, and use your own judgment.

   Acceptable use

   Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass limits or security, or upload images of people without their permission.

   Disclaimer and liability

   Primer is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. To that extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

   Changes and contact

   We may update these terms. Questions can be sent to the contact on the website.
